Russ’s background comes from the finance industry where he inherited techniques and skills to help people through the power of financial knowledge. After graduating from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Law, Economics and Public Policy, Russ worked for national banks and regional financial institutions where he built lasting relationships and created strong portfolios for thousands of clients in Washington state.

George is a self-starter entrepreneur and IT professional. His passion for innovations and creativity allowed him to co-found Quest Factor, the largest escape room chain in PNW. Also, he was involved in numerous projects in the technology sector. He was helping clients such as Walt Dinsey, and AT&T, to build reliable and quality software products. From software quality assurance engineering to entertainment venue development and construction projects, George has proven to be a valuable partner in MADU Home.
